hello. was watching a short video clip of the nevis highwire bungy in queenstown, it definately sent shivers down my spine! hahaha! you have to take something like a cable car to do the 134meters fall from a hanging cabin amongst the mountains in 8.5seconds. wow. watching those people jumping off, im already feeling scared for them... still, i wanna do it! ((:
skydiving for the second wasn't even scary at all.. bungy is definately a million notches higher. all i can think about for the nevis bungy is that its erm, worse than commiting suicide from a flat. many times higher. haha.. and not forgetting the tradition of jumping off stuffs in the tour includes cliff jumping tooo~!!! we missed that this time round huh, cuz obviously we didnt know where to go to jump off those cliffs, or the appropriate bridges to jump off as well.. haha!
oh, for now the important thing is that, ive got my laundry done. cheers to that shall we? ;) after 3days of procrastination! haha! queenstreet yesterday was good. loving those walks im taking along the streets alone, though its been crazy. lol. was actually planning to shisha alone yesterday on my way back home, but erm, i dont mind shisha-ing alone, but not alone in the shop with no other customer?! hahaha! no thank you. then it was duck dinner outside, then movies...... then home. then sleep.
its been more of doing nothing here in auckland and spending some time by myself and ya.. but id take it. when in singapore will i have such a chance to do nothing and slack around with such nice temperature and crazy people around me... and even like on off days, it passes by so quickly without you even knowing that the day's over.
there's pros and cons in everything i guess... cuz back in singapore, thats where all my lovely frens are. though technology is there for us to keep connected, personal meetups are still the best eh. and here in new zealand, its more of just me alone, with bg and maybe afew other randoms who will *poof* dissappear when the time comes. hahaha! not bg, but the randoms. even still, i love meeting all these newly met people in this trip, and they somehow just give me a new view of life in general, and to know that there's really so much more to offer out there.. hehh.
anw, scalloping on saturday might be cancelled cuz erm, cam's dad said thats no scallops in our region. sadded. so we're working on other plans... but we'll still be heading to the waitakere range for a track and of cuz, the beautiful sceneries it has to offer~ yayy! and tmr will be shopping at dressmart with bg! also, my skin's really itching for a new tattoo now. plus bg's idea of getting a character from my chinese name transformed into some tribal design....mygod. isnt just awesome!
(:
